How does this mPay app function?
1. Install the Mobiezy - Customer App on your phone.
2. Open the app and enter your phone number.
3. Enter your OTP to login.
4. Payment, complaints, and settop box information will be displayed.
5. You can pay your bills with any UPI, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Credit Card, among other methods.
We have ensured that the transaction is completely secure.
Note: Please contact your cable provider if you are having trouble logging in. This can happen if they don't have your correct phone number.
How to Renew Packs for NXT Digital, InDigital, and MetroCast Subscribers:
1. Log in to the Mobiezy - Customer App.
2. Click on Renew option
3 a. Choose Renew existing for renewing packs as it is\s3 b. Renew with a change to the subscription plans
4. Once you're satisfied with the packs you've chosen, pay for them.
5. Select a payment method and complete the transaction.
You can also add Single Channels by clicking the "Add Channel" button.
How to Renew Packs for Hathway and Den Subscribers:
1. Log in to the Mobiezy - Customer App.
2. Click on Renew option to Renew existing packs as it is
3. Select a payment method and complete the transaction.
